911 Teddy Program

Sumner EMS employee’s Jessica Nukols and Scott Meece recently started a program called 911 Teddy which provides pediatric patients with stuffed animals during times of ambulance transports. The Story has been featured in the Tennessean and Channel 2 News.

The program relies on donations of stuffed animals from the general public which are then cleaned and sealed. These are then given to children during times of ambulance transports.


To donate to this program please bring undamaged, clean stuffed animals to any of the below EMS/Fire Stations.
